The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program works with adolescents who are ten to seventeen years old and adults over eighteen to help them develop the emotional, social and intellectual skills needed to live a healthy and productive life.
G.R.O.W. Community Care works in collaboration with therapists to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address the needs of the individuals in the program. The goal is to access community resources as well as connecting them with programs to meet their needs while promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

PRP Coordinators: Coordinators work with adolescents in the home as well as in the community. We provide an individualized, comprehensive approach to developing new skills, building confidence and increasing adolescents' emotional I.Q. by enhancing critical thinking skills and conflict resolution and using roleplay to explore a wide range of perspectives.
The coordinators plan age-appropriate activities. Our person-centered approach focuses on the individuals' interests and abilities, as well as introducing them to new things that may enhance their quality of life.
Therapy: Adolescents actively receive treatment from a physician or licensed clinician for a mental health diagnosis, and who have or are eligible for medical assistance.

Family involvement: Family involvement is imperative to the long term development of the adolescent. Facing traumas and healing in safe spaces is healthy for development. Increasing the awareness of a young person’s feelings and talking about the best ways to express those feelings will increase their emotional I.Q. Developing life skills like understanding credit, budgeting, saving and how to use credit cards will help their independent living skills. The family needs to be involved throughout the entire process so that they can grow as well and be a support system.
Community partners: We have a list of community partners who help with the development of individuals that we serve. The goal for our members is to live well, accomplish goals, to be productive and function at a high level. To accomplish those goals, individuals participate in activities at Blue Line Yoga & Wellness and Knock Out Fitness. We have mentoring programs so that a life coach can be a constant inspiration to clients. Our small business partner, Rawlings Financial Group, teaches financial literacy skills to participants in the program. Through our nonprofit, individuals have access to a jobs program that partners with small businesses such as Grace Management & Construction, Jenesaisquoi Construction, Clean Works, Miss Carter’s Kitchen and more. To explore new opportunities and experiences, we introduce members to new skills training such as computer graphics with Majestic MultiMedia photography with Glow Optical. Companies like Print Works' and B.O.M.B City have shown clients how to develop their own clothing brands through our entrepreneurship program. All of these things are a holistic approach to develop independent living skills and optimal wellness.
